The LAST Thing You Want to Do as a Leader

Pretty sure we’ve all heard the phrase, “fake it, until you make it.” But how does that hinder our authentic selves from connecting with our colleagues, mentors, or friends when we are “faking” it instead of “figuring” it out? Most of our successes are built through our mistakes anyway, so why not show that vulnerability with others? Our attitudes show the people we lead and encourage that mistakes are along the WAY, not towards the END of a journey. Continual learning, not continual “knowing”, progresses a community into interpersonal success.
