Lead with Confidence at the Youth Leadership Retreat
It's never too early to discover the leader within. This two-and-a-half-day immersive retreat is designed for teens ages 15–18 who are ready to take ownership of their future, build confidence, and develop the skills to lead themselves and others. Through hands-on activities, interactive workshops, and personal reflection, participants will gain practical leadership tools they can apply at school, at home, and throughout life.
This retreat challenges teens to step outside their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and realize what they're capable of when they choose to lead with purpose.
